1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Nexus Stream TV (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This agreement is between you and Genrich Hermann. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Nature of the Service (Important Disclaimer)
Nexus Stream TV is strictly a media player.
- No Content Provided: We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, or other video content. The Application is empty upon installation (except for royalty-free demo content).
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you view. You must add your own playlists (e.g., m3u, Xtream Codes) from your respective IPTV service providers.
- Copyright Compliance: We do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission from the copyright holder. You agree to use the Application only for content you have the legal right to access.
3. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases (including the "Premium" version) are processed and managed entirely by the Google Play Store.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy. Since we do not process payments directly, we cannot issue refunds manually.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (especially German Law), the Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
