1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Nexus Stream TV (the "Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and Genrich Hermann. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Nature of the Service
Nexus Stream TV is a media player and organizer for Android TV. The Application does not provide, host, sell, or distribute TV channels, movies, series, playlists, or other video content. The app is empty unless you add your own provider, playlist, media source, or account integrations.
- No content service: Nexus Stream TV is not an IPTV provider, streaming provider, broadcaster, reseller, or content platform.
- User responsibility: You are responsible for the providers, playlists, accounts, and media sources you add.
- Legal access: You agree to use the Application only with content and services you are legally allowed to access.
3. Provider compatibility and third-party services
The Application can work with third-party provider formats and services such as M3U, Xtream Codes, Stalker/Ministra-style portals, EPG sources, TMDB, OpenSubtitles, Trakt.tv, The Intro DB, YouTube, Google Drive, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Integrity. These services are operated by third parties and may change, become unavailable, rate-limit requests, reject credentials, or behave differently depending on provider configuration.
We try to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that every provider, playlist, stream, EPG source, subtitle source, metadata result, or trailer will always work.
4. Premium, purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play and your Google account settings.
- Subscriptions: If you buy a subscription, it may renew automatically unless cancelled according to Google Play rules.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the Google Play refund policy. We do not process payments directly. Refunds are handled through Google Play and, where available, may be assisted through Google Play developer tools.
- Premium verification: The app may verify your entitlement through Google Play and our backend service to protect Premium access from tampering or fraud.
5. Backups and user data
Backup and restore features are provided for convenience. You are responsible for keeping your backup password and accounts secure. If you choose cloud backup, encrypted backup files may contain sensitive setup data such as provider credentials, MAC addresses, session tokens, favorites, watchlist items, playback progress, and app configuration.
If you lose your backup password or delete backup files from your cloud account, we may not be able to recover them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Application to access, distribute, or facilitate unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, circumvent provider restrictions, interfere with third-party services, abuse APIs, or violate applicable laws. We may change or remove app features if required by law, platform policy, security concerns, or third-party service requirements.
7. Availability, updates, and changes
The Application is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change over time due to app updates, Google Play requirements, Android TV platform changes, legal requirements, third-party service changes, or provider compatibility work.
We may update these Terms when the app, legal requirements, or third-party integrations change. The current version is published on this website and linked from the app.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Stream TV is provided without guarantees that every third-party provider, stream, playlist, metadata source, subtitle source, backup provider, or external service will work without interruption or errors.
9. Governing law
German law applies where permitted. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
