In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, and applicable EU law, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our software if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

1. No Content Hosted

Please be aware that Nexus Stream TV is a purely client-side media player application. We do not host, provide, archive, store, or distribute any media content, channels, or playlists. The application is a tool (an "Empty Shell") that allows users to play content they legally own or have the right to access. If you believe your content is being accessed illegally, please understand that we cannot "take down" streams as we do not host them. However, we are committed to preventing our software from being used for piracy.

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the application by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
